Doulas can help make your birth journey a fully informed, nurtured and confident time. We are not meant to take the place of your partner, but rather to support you both - providing informational, emotional and physical support.

I am passionate about birth! My goal is to be an advocate for women during this amazing time in their lives, and to assist the mother and her partner along in the journey.
