Unlimited phone and email support from the time you hire me

Prenatal Visits: Our first meeting will be an informal interview to see if we are a good fit for one another. Following that, we will have 2-3 additional visits depending on your specific needs. I am happy to conduct these in your home, or attend an appointment or class with you should you prefer.  These visits are used to determine your birth goals, provide any information or resources you may need, discuss comfort measures, and to talk in general about your upcoming birth.

Access to my lending library of books and DVD's

24-hour on call support beginning 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date

Assistance writing a Birth Plan, if desired

Continuous labor support throughout your labor (at home and/or in your birthing location), birth and immediate postpartum period

Photos - as detailed as you would like, and as many as I am able!

Initial breastfeeding assistance

Postpartum Visits: I provide a minimum of 1 visit, depending on your specific needs.

A back-up doula will be provided in the rare event that I am unable to attend your birth
